JACKSONVILLE, FL - The 9th annual Guns n' Hoses charity boxing match was held on Saturday, March 10, 2007, at the Jacksonville Veterans Memorial Arena.

An overflow crowd of more than 8,500 people attended the event, which pits police officers against firefighters in a boxing ring for 3 one minute rounds. The event raised more than $150,000, which is disbursed to charities such as the Muscular Dystrophy Association, the Police Athletic League, and a host of other local charities.

Some of the celebrity judges of the event were renowned comedian and actor Jimmy Fallon, New York Jets running back Leon Washington, New York Jet wide receiver Laveraneus Coles, Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Ernest Wilford, Jaguars Assistant Head Coach Mike Tice, and Olympic gold medalist Shannon Miller.
